Glass Animals Album Design

Glass Animals is an indie-pop band whose work reflects on the group's journey as musicians and the people they've met along the way, catering to diverse audiences on world tours and festivals such as Coachella. The challenge for this project was to design an album cover that captures the mood of their sound and lyrics showcased in a way that's unique from their previous albums. The direction focuses on the feeling of one's mind being elsewhere from moments of nostalgia to a desire to be in another place, or both at the same time. The palm leaf design, vibrant colors, and choice in decorative type represent the emotional recollection of past times being more carefree and the desire to escape current realities.
